Our experience was quite mixed at this hotel. While the stunning views and comfortable overwater bungalows were incredible, we faced numerous service issues and disruptions due to renovations that significantly impacted our stay. The staff's warmth and willingness to help were notable, but it was frustrating that communication from management was lacking. Overall, it is a beautiful location, but the value for money was questionable considering the inconveniences we encountered.
